As President of Teal Analytics LLC, we provide strategic consult and project management for category management and retail analytics business needs. Projects consist of CRM analytics, price and promotion strategies, merchandising strategies and operational execution.

I was retained by SAS to penetrate and build market share using my extensive national retail network and expertise in target industry domain knowledge and I surpassed opportunity expectations by more than $5 million. I was also recognized as a “Key Contributor” for performance excellence for building a $6 million pipeline from scratch within first 6-months of hire.

At Information Resources, I directed the resolution of key client business issues using analytics to increase sales and profits in category management and buying decisions for an $8 billion retailer. I engaged in a direct partnership with key client executives to establish agreement on business needs and then partner to align appropriate software and analytics to bring solutions to areas of concern. During my tenure, I was the recipient of the "President's Award" for outstanding performance.

I led the start-up of this successful global analytics and consulting company from the ground-up in a dual role as a strategic business consultant and client development manager. During my tenure, I partnered with Fortune 500 clients to interpret analytic output and apply it to build category business plans with objective, fact-based knowledge. As Senior Category Manager, I held oversight for the P&L of all Beverage categories and was successful in taking the largest revenue category from flat sales to double digit sales and profitability increases by utilizing data analytics.
