• Provide portfolio financial support to CIO, CISO, and IT Vice Presidents and their immediate reports

• Responsible for all financial planning, analysis, and budget activities for the communications, software maintenance, and hardware maintenance expenditures ($136 million combined).
• Manage the business’ relationship with Control Point Solutions (outside vendor for telecom auditing).
• Lead a team of up to four analysts and supervise the audit and approval processes on over 500 accounts with 68 vendors totaling $6 million monthly.
• Perform complete accounting procedures for the close process including reconciliation of accounts, expense accruals, and operating reports. Maintain the accuracy and timeliness of the month-end close process, variance.
• Prepare metrics and ad-hoc reports for executive management, including recommendations for expense reductions.
• Maintain the accuracy of process and reporting to keep the technology division in compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
