• Responsible for all financial planning, analysis, and budget activities for the communications, software maintenance, and hardware maintenance expenditures ($136 million combined).• Manage the business’ relationship with Control Point Solutions (outside vendor for telecom auditing).• Lead a team of up to four analysts and supervise the audit and approval processes on over 500 accounts with 68 vendors totaling $6 million monthly. • Perform complete accounting procedures for the close process including reconciliation of accounts, expense accruals, and operating reports. Maintain the accuracy and timeliness of the month-end close process, variance analysis, and financial forecasts.• Prepare metrics and ad-hoc reports for executive management, including recommendations for expense reductions.• Maintain the accuracy of process and reporting to keep the technology division in compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.• Establish and maintain database for corporate-issued communication devices in excess of 10,000 units.
