I'm passionate about creating organisational cultures where people can perform at their best, where they can learn, grow and ultimately deliver results. Having worked in HR and L&D roles throughout my career, I've had plenty of opportunities to focus on all of those areas. Most recently, at Miele, I've worked as their internal coach, supporting senior management to develop themselves and to embed Miele's guiding principle of 'Immer Besser' (Forever Better). During my time with Miele I've also lead the HR Team to deliver the HR/ L&D 'Roadmap' projects, as well as running the day to day operational HR activity. Recent projects have included: Setting up a Learning and Development function which went onto develop and run, with our external partner Activate Learning, the first ever externally recognised (ILM) Management Development Programme, facilitated core key HR training sessions for new managers, supported Insights Team Development and launched a new LMS system.The design and implementation, alongside our external partner TMI, an Inspired Performance initiative, which helped us to map the customer experience and to engage and enable our employees to improve those experiences for our customers. The introduction of a 'Miele Sales Academy' which defined, developed, embedded and rewarded best practice activity amongst the Sales Force.Supporting improved Employee Engagement initiatives including the introduction of the Miele Megastars recognition Programme.
