I have worked in level 1/2/3 ICT support and have over 10 years of IT experience, from a small IT outfit of a few people (McDonalds IT), 2 large multi-nationals (Unisys, Fujitsu), and 2 NZ Govt organisations (MOJ, MFAT). I have also been contracting and at one point was a stand-in Team Leader on the Meridian Service Desk. Now I do a combination of Desktop support, Infrastructure, and Deliver projects in a small-medium not-for-profit organisation called the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand.
