Moreover developing, implementing and monitoring environmental strategies that promote sustainable development.

Worked with PSP Projects Ltd. as a Jr. planning engineer for the construction of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad campus. My roles were:• Coordinating and planning of the construction of six unique institutional buildings.• Making weekly plans for execution and also coordinating with project managers, site engineers, and Labour Contractors.• Preparing daily, weekly, and fortnightly progress reports and submitting it to PMC, the client (IIM-A) and Consultants.• Reviewing Site plans and construction drawings.• Making Catch up schedules and tracking micro schedules.• Preparing charts of actual vs planned work and managing data to show cash flow, planned billing cycle through the current phase of construction.The project consisted of 7 different buildings with a total built-up area of approx. 15,78,000 Sq. ft.1. •Selected and supervised subcontractors built positive relationships and made timely corrections to maintain design specifications & prepared short-term and long-term real estate growth and action plans.•Conferred with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems.•Have been inspecting and reviewing projects to monitor compliance with environmental regulations, building and safety codes, or other regulations.

Start-up in Food & beverage industry.•Started and successfully operated food stalls in various college festivals and flea markets, with a turnover of INR 500,000.

•Attended meetings and discuss project details with clients, contractors, asset owners and stakeholders.•Performed drafting according to specifications; ensured compliance with all project QA procedures and requirements.•Worked closely with process engineers to follow up and evaluate and presented reports on trial materials according to designated schedules.•Determined schedule and budget requirements for the residential project of 174 flats of 3 BHK (500 sq. ft.).•Evaluated construction methods and determined the cost-effectiveness of plans, using different CAD tools and software.
