My roles were:• Coordinating and planning of the construction of six unique institutional buildings.• Making weekly plans for execution and also coordinating with project managers, site engineers, and Labour Contractors.• Preparing daily, weekly, and fortnightly progress reports and submitting it to PMC, the client (IIM-A) and Consultants.• Reviewing Site plans and construction drawings.• Making Catch up schedules and tracking micro schedules.• Preparing charts of actual vs planned work and managing data to show cash flow, planned billing cycle through the current phase of construction.The project consisted of 7 different buildings with a total built-up area of approx. 15,78,000 Sq. ft.1.
