As part of CO-academy by CO-architecture, I received training in foundational skills for professional practice such as the general business acumen, project management, best practice & financial literacy, procurement & construction, and contract admin. These skills solidated the overall idea I had of a fundamental framework for how things work in practices of different scales and strengths.I was successfully selected as one of 24 CO-academy fellows from a candidate pool of over 300 applicants.The CO-academy curriculum was designed in partnership with industry partnerssuch as architects, Interior designers, Architectural experts.

Currently freelancing and providing architectural services to a number of clients. Accurately establishin client relations and expansion of network. Architectural docmentation services provided using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. Currently working on a some small scale residences and office building. Interior work drawings and renders for client's requirements.Successfully designed and executed interiors of a new and creative pet shop in India. A vibrant and young clients passion for animals was delivered with a designer pet emporium which was more than just a pet store. The store is a multi-use space that caters to pet needs. Pet emporium envisions the idea of combining activities such as grooming, photography, pet cafe, party area and day care all in one. The idea was to have a successful functional space with creativity and fun. Successfully designed and executed the construction consultancy for a Law firm home office in India. A vibrant team of young lawyers needed a space to work from home to reflect their passion for justice in a fresh and updated designed space. I was involved in the space design and functionality from the very beginning. Understanding and implementing clients needs and builders requirements, I was able to consult on digital platform. The project is complete and in operation.Consulted a client in upgrading their house for an extension in a suburb of Brisbane city. The client's requirement for their expanding family was catered to with design satisfaction. It has been a smooth process including liasing with consultants. Responsibilities included site visit, site measurements, concept design, preliminary design drawings, 3D renders and walkthroughs for better understanding of the client. Prepared preliminary design drawings for a 200sqm holiday home in Binalong Bay, Tasmania. Preparation of Architectural time schedule using Microsoft Project.In this role I get the exposure to : Site visits, Client meetings, engagement of consultants on various levels of project timeline, Possible client interaction leading to possible future projects and much more
