Technical Support Engineer
Current• Offer specialized technical support to clients using Qualys Cyber Security Cloud products like VMDR. Analyze technical data such as scan results, logs, and PCAP files to diagnose issues effectively.• Resolve false positive and false negative cases and validating vulnerabilities within customer's environment. Proficiently troubleshoot problems related to scans, scanner connectivity, data inconsistencies, and authentication.• Utilizing tools such as Wireshark packet capture to provide robust vulnerability evidence, and leverage Kibana logs to resolve authentication concerns and ensuring meticulous troubleshooting.• Collaborate with multifunctional teams such as Technical Account Managers, Customer Service, Vulnerability Signature Engineers, QA Engineers, and Subject Matter Experts, for a complete top-tier customer service experience.•Maintain unwavering commitment to case integrity through timely and effective updates and expertly handling escalated scenarios. This strengthens customer rapport and confidence in our solutions, while driving initiatives to expedite case resolution and enhance expertise in all VMDR product components.
