Government of Haryana in collaboration with Udhyam Learning Foundation and ProBano India initiated Haryana Entrepreneurship Program PILOT (HEP2020-21). The mandate of this initiative was to work with ITI students and make their start-ups sustainable and scalable.I led the design and implementation of the HEP – Incubation Lab jointly conductedby ProBano, Udhyam Learning Foundation and the Skill Development & Industrial Training (SDIT) Department of the Government of Haryana. It was a six-month program designed for the students studying in Government Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) of Haryana (Gurugram & Faridabad).Through real-time entrepreneurship, the HEP – Incubation Lab was designed to make youngadults emotionally intelligent and socially aware entrepreneurs.A total of 32 students out of 250 joined the HEP – Incubation Lab having alreadygraduated the HEP – Basic & HEP – Advanced programs, out of whom, 20 students graduatedthe HEP – Incubation Lab as sustainable entrepreneurs. Reviewing the design and implementation of this program, the SDIT Department of the Government of Haryana, decided to roll this program out at a full scale, impacting more than 90,000 Government ITI students across the state.

● Led new product development for low cost smartphones with Android platform in tier II&III cities to capture a bigger market share of a nascent but growing segment.● Managed the global team and vendor/OEM base for development, production and training of new product/product changes.● Planned & managed product line-up based on category trends. Worked with Group M and Lintas for media planning, designing brand collaterals and tracking consumer engagement on daily basis.

Led Esoteric Tests project of Cervical Cancer (Liquid Based Cytology) and Pre-natal testing (Maternal Serum Screen) in Central Delhi region.
