At Macmillan Education, I helped develop Human Centric Design practices and research processes for digital product strategy and implementation (discovery, concepting and testing). Owned and managed research efforts for English Language Teaching (ELT) and Curriculum EdTech products, working closely with business, tech and project stakeholders.
