Although it was serendipity that led me towards the path of law at a young age, I found my love for real estate while I was couple of years into my career.. This path and profession isn’t for the faint of heart, and my journey has proved just that time and again. To best summarize my experience - the last decade has been all about trial and error, from interning at big litigation firms and courts to landing my first job as an assistant under the guidance of a solicitor. Fast forward to today, I’m happy to say that I’m a real estate lawyer with 5+ years of PQE who specializes in Non-Litigation matters such as property due-diligence, writing a variety of agreements and providing legal advice in estate planning and transactions. I combine my passion and knowledge of real estate laws, with my writing and research skills to trace property title of owners, provide legal and financial opinion and basis that draft all ancillary documents, as part of my daily job. My love for numbers and financial planning also contributes a little towards what I do. I strongly believe that Real estate is not just a thing we possess, but rather an emotion. It is a beautiful manifestation of what we truly desire for ourselves. So I find myself realizing that if not as a lawyer, I’d still be doing a great deal in this sector in whichever capacity I could, all just for the love of this field!
