As a social sector professional, I work with schools and teachers to improve learning outcomes for children. I manage multiple projects, from designing and delivering teacher training modules, to monitoring and evaluating the impact of our interventions. I also collaborate with various stakeholders, such as principals, parents, and community leaders, to ensure the sustainability and scalability of our programs.My passion for education development stems from my two-year fellowship at Teach For India, where I taught English and life skills to students from diverse backgrounds. I witnessed the challenges and opportunities of the education system, and learned how to adapt and innovate in a dynamic and diverse environment. I also developed my core competencies in project management, teacher training, and stakeholder engagement, which I apply in my current role at Ashvattha. I aspire to work on more such projects/programs and with various relentless leaders to drive sustainable change through education.
