Attached to International French School (Singapore) (IFS) which is a dynamic and multicultural school recognised in Singapore that provides French Education to all international students even the non-french speaking ones.Duties include:• Provide L1 technical assistance and support for incoming incidents related to end-user issues (hardware and software)• Diagnose and resolve basic technical hardware and software issues• Troubleshoot and resolve basic network and server access issues for end-users• Respond to incoming incidents via email, chat, phone or walk-ins• Logging of incidents in ticketing tool • Familiar with Service Desk ticketing systems and processes• Track and escalate issues and requests to appropriate next level teams• Follow up with end-users to ensure issue resolution and closure of tickets• Document resolutions for knowledge base• Installation, configuration and troubleshoot of PCs and devices• Well versed in Windows OS and MS Office applications• Well versed in Google OS based applications and ecosystem• Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for MAC, iOS and android devices• Handles asset and peripherals inventory management• Handles user accounts management in Active Directory and Google Admin Console• Meeting room, Zoom and AV equipment support and knowledge• Able to support after office hours or perform adhoc duties as and when required
