- Proactive monitoring of Network 24/7 services to meet Service Legal Agreement (SLA).- To identify fault type and escalate to Site Engineer or the Technical Support to ensure that the outage is restored.- Ensure the incident ticket are handle according to SLA and escalated according to process then updated accordingly on time.- Manage Cisco DNAC, cisco ISE ,CISCO WLC, Stealthwatch, CMX- To perform 1st level troubleshooting with users.- Telnet/remote devices to check the link status.- To diagnose and determine the problem/issues.
