I was a Home Group Teacher of Year 11 students and Subject Teacher for Year 11 and 12 Commerce Stream Students. My duties included planning and developing effective lesson plans and materials for classroom instruction to meet the social and academic growth and development of all students with a multitude of learning styles and abilities such as lectures, classroom discussions, hands-on activities, and demonstrations. Established clear objectives for all lessons, assignments, and projects, and communicate those objectives to students. Inspire the students for desired results. Actively collaborated with parents to clearly determine the specific needs of each student and regularly taking feedback from the parents/students. After school, I tutored students assisting with gaining a better understanding of difficult concepts
