CurrentTwenty First Architecture is a different kind of practice for a different kind of world. We strive to achieve design excellence on all projects, but architecture today is not about a building in isolation. Equally important is how it works for its occupants, how it is made, its environmental impact and how it relates to – and interacts with – its location. We live with our developments, taking them from feasibility through site assessment, master planning, design, interiors and space planning.We use the latest technology, materials and construction techniques to design and build contemporary developments, but we also embrace the cultural, social and historical context of our sites, which guides our choice of the materials and technologies needed to create appropriate architecture, now and for the future. We are creative, but we’re also commercial. We work closely with developers, designing and completing schemes that will maximise their return and minimise their risk. When it comes to architecture, the bottom line is the bottom line.
