I have always been an explorer who takes an interest in the fields of Branding, Economics and Business Strategy. I love to explore, connect the dots, and apply in practical fields. I have always been a strategic thinker to find a way in everything. I started my entrepreneurial journey with Ontik Technology (www.ontiktechnology.com). Initially, we used to create websites and software for process automation serving local SMEs. But eventually, Ontik technology grew into serving startups from different countries. I played a pivotal role in building business processes and connecting the pieces, witnessing Ontik Technology evolve into a robust, process-driven entity. In just two years, we witnessed remarkable growth, with our annual turnover soaring from $50,000 to $700,000. We streamlined operations, implemented effective HR strategies, fostered a vibrant culture, and established a proficient finance team to fuel our expansion. Eventually, I ascended to become a partner at Ontik Technology. Now, Ontik Technology develops software products for startups worldwide with offices in Bangladesh, Australia and the USA. Eventually, I took an exit from Ontik Technology in 2024 after 4 years in the company.Within Ontik Technology, alongside the partners, I co-founded LazyChat (www.lazychat.com), a SaaS product aiming to simplify chat-commerce operations. LazyChat was a part of the Stanford SeedSpark program and now operates under Ontik Technology's product wing. Currently, I am building Ensue Consultancy, a 360-degree solution provider for startups. We craft sustainable business plans, implement technologies for process automation, and foster strategies to get into the market. I am also the founder of BFLHA (Bangladesh Forum for Legal and Humanitarian Affairs) registered under Ensue Consultancy. We have a software product "GoProbono"(www.goprobono.org) that works with access to justice by connecting the general people of Bangladesh to legal professionals.
