I'm a Design Lead for a variety of programs and initiatives across NAB. My role is to solve needs for our customers and bankers, and to work with multi-disciplinary teams to make sure our solutions are technically feasible - or on a roadmap to achieve feasibility.In this role I: - Lead research and discovery to understand the baseline experience and.

My work in Labs ranged from working on unexplored areas of possibility for the bank to operate in, through to investigating new technology we could leverage to alleviate customer pain points. I worked closely with colleagues from viability and feasibility and stakeholders across the bank to design new products and services to help make banking easier for.

This work sought to understand the career journeys of engineers across regional, rural and urban Australia, and to identify opportunities for Engineers Australia to help support and grow the profession.

My first four months with NAB were as part of the Visa Innovation steam, a partnership between the two organisations to utilise new technology to offer better services to our customers.

I worked on two major projects with the NBN Customer Experience team.
