• Assist in developing appropriate methodology, sampling, data collection plan, data collection tools for results monitoring. • Plan and conduct data collection on the field following the set guidelines for survey, focusing on data quality and visually presented them on Power BI dashboard. • Collect data as per questionnaires designed in Open Data Kit (ODK) Software/ KoBo Toolbox by using smart phone or tab, and review and submit to server within timeline. • Look for additional observations, check on the quality of questions etc. and provide feedback to Manager – MEAL • Conduct MEAL findings sharing session at the field level with respective program team. • Develop capacity of program team at the field to implement proper feedback and response mechanism for participants. • Support in preparing periodic reports on organizational climate outcome and output indicators and assisting other projects to monitor activities from a climate change lens.

• Ensure the functionality and effectiveness of internal monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems and databases, ensuring seamless data flow to meet the organization's regular monitoring and reporting requirements.• Promote the utilization of online database management platforms in mWater, to facilitate surveys, quantitative and qualitative data collection and provide capacity-building support to Partner NGOs in effectively utilizing these platforms.• Create visually compelling dashboards, graphs and other relevant visuals using Power BI business analytic reporting tools.• Collaborate with the global team to compile and access indicators, ensuring alignment with project-specific indicators on an annual and quarterly basis.• Provide support in donor reporting, organizational semi-annual and annual reporting, annual updates/planning and quarterly progress reviews.• Conduct field visits as needed to ensure data quality, validate data and troubleshoot system-related issues.• Assist the project officer in the implementation of the project plan, project documentation, report observed successes and challenges to the program lead.• Support the business development and fundraising team in project submissions by providing historical data analysis, relevant project-related progress, setting targets, M&E plans, logical framework matrix and information on challenges.• Provide support for ad-hoc objectives, assist in maintaining online platforms for report and data sharing, organize external events and meetings with stakeholders and actively participate in all relevant meetings and workshops as required.

• Provide information management services to support data management activities including population estimation, information flows from established systems, GIS analysis, Export maps, Interactive dashboards, Meal Plan, Result Framework, Detail Implementation Plan, documentation, standard setting/promotion and dissemination.• Develop and manage project activity database along with dashboard & track progress of the project through IPTT (Indicator Performance Tracking Table).• Responsible for all Quarterly and Monthly progress reports for internal and external stakeholders including Baseline, End line, Outcome Monitoring, Post distribution Monitoring and KAPB (Knowledge Attitude Behavior and Practice) assessment.• Facilitate organizational learning by assisting in conducting targeted analyses, identifying valuable lessons learned and knowledge management products.

• Collection, compilation, analysis and dissemination of the information in accurate and timely manner.• Provide inputs in Design the monitoring and project databases with sector and donors together.• Developing and updating Open Data Kits (ODK) forms to ensure high quality data collection.• Ensure functionality and proper use of the current tool and provide feedback to the sector lead.• Accomplishing and archiving lessons learned, innovation, best practices and case studies. effectively disseminating them with stakeholders.

• Assist in the creation and updating of new and existing GIS maps, map layers, GPS data edition and representation using ArcGIS in support of field surveys.• Preparing Presentation and organizing workshops, PRA, seminars, meeting with different ministry & organizational personnel.• Data Analysis and Interpretation of the socio-economic survey, drainage topographic survey, physical feature survey, land use survey, traffic & transportation survey and environment survey.
