Managing continuous improvement of the operations.Depending on the main maintenance schedule, following all maintenances, measuring efficiencies of them and if we need adding some extra maintenances.Following daily stocks and every end of the months checking the warehouse stocks.Ensuring cross-trainings for filling line operators. Each operator can use other machines at the filling lines. Sending qualified people to some special trainings (PLC, stainless steel welding, maintenance technics, etc.).
