• Assisting Project Managers in their day to day duties.• Involved in project management under PM from initiation to closure.• Acting as the point of contact and communicate project status with all participants. • Issuing all appropriate legal paper work (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement with clients and installers) • Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope of work and objectives.• Ensuring that’s client’s needs are met as the project evolves.• Sending samples to GC, Architect and Client for their approvals as per project.• Reviewing the shop drawings in order to prevent any hiccups before sending it GC and Architect for their approval. • Ensuring that relevant management information is captured and analyzed.• Assigning tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management. • Tracking, analyzing risk and opportunities as well as reporting project status• Creating and updating comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.• Sending CO or PO letter to make sure all the extras per project are paid in full and in time. • Using breakdown software to release parts for windows.• Resolving any financial queries that are raised, including timely communication if extra budged is needed.

• Daily operations consisting but not limited to estimating the cost of the projects to be on the contract, going on the site to check the work progress, order the materials and get the products ready.• Coordinate with manufacturers for different products.• Building envelope knowledge.• Reviewing drawings for take-off quantity.• Attending monthly meetings.

• Coordinating equipment as per project requirements• Attending the site meetings with project manager• Coordinating with the owner/superintendent about the ongoing projects• Preparing material samples for submittal• Assisting estimating team with change orders
