11.2022 – On Going    Construction Manager (Shops Manager Poland/Emirates/Turkiye)Responsible to review the design engineering activities and specifications of all steel structure, according to the project requirements.Involved in all engineering/fabrication/delivery issues related to all disciplines and providing supports to the project, engineering, procurement, logistic and construction.Ensure  that  subcontractors (AIC-HMU/Emirates-Jakon/Poland and Tekfen/Turkiye)  are  fully  executing  and complying with his contracted scope of work, and  to follow  up project  materials  and approved drawings prior to monthly schedule.The overal scope of steel structure is 42000tons for JV (Hyundai/TR). Follow up is including ; Engineering stage from the beginning until the end, material order (main/miscellaneous/gratings/bolts..etc.), material shipments for fabrication stage, fabrication activities/schedule, delivery and arrival of steel on time for erection.

Haradh & Hawiyah Gas Compression ProjectManagement and coordinate all construction activities/precom/handover PMCC in accordance with the contract conditions, specifications, approved drawings and submittals, and the computerized work schedule through the Contract and the site organization. Responsible for keeping site records, managing directly and providing engineering and technical supports to all the disciplines at site, applying designs and plans, organization and supervision of material, checking drawings, planning the work and efficiently organizing the plants and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines supervising and monitoring the site labor force and monitoring the work of the subcontractors, submission of site daily reports, all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis.

Responsible for Mechanical completion of commisionable and non commisionable sub-systems with the priorty of the commisioning for Continuous Catalyst Regener Unit (CCR) ,Naphta Hydrotreater Unit and Kerosene Hydrotreater Unit. Coordinate all dicisplines to make ready subsytems for walk downs and closing all punches with the disiplines in a short time to have a unit walk down for final stage of the units at Aegean Refinery Project.

Ensure that subcontractors are fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work, to participate related inspections, and to follow up project materials and approved drawings prior to monthly schedule. To manage and match baseline schedule with subcontractor’s schedule, and create monthly targets. To participate weekly meetings with subcontractors and participate owner’s weekly meetings. To manage and to supervise the construction team that works to ensure it meets the requirements in term of cost, quality and time to co-ordinate of multiple subcontractors, control and direction of multi-disciplinary workforce.
