• Manage and supervise the planning and execution of various audit and consulting engagements • Provide leadership, direction and administration of the Firm• Work with shareholders and other managers to teach, motivate, and encourage all personnel with their career development and work life balance• Work with the tax department, investment banker group, and other firm personnel to provide high level of products and services to clients • Interact with clients, meet with prospective clients, attend networking events and other firm functions

• Lead financial services and consulting engagement teams • Design and plan for audit and consulting engagements• Recognize problems and propose sensible solutions• Supervise, assign staff, and monitor progress and performance on various projects• Work with a wide variety of clients at all level• Research technical accounting issues• Improve and automate auditing, consulting and firm processes

• Execute and perform specific audit/review procedures and testing; perform audit/review projects including preparing audit working papers, document the process, test, and test results • Review, process documentation and perform walkthroughs and test of controls over financial reporting• Conduct interviews with client personnel and perform walkthroughs to assist in the evaluation of internal controls• Identify accounting, as well as internal control issues, and make recommendations to senior auditors• Perform bookkeeping services and assist with other consulting engagements such as accounts reconciliation and forecasting• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with Professional and Firm standards• Work in special assignment such as data mining anda data preparation
