Operate medium buses that are owned and operated by individual partners (“Partners”) based on the Joint Operation Agreement for the Provision and Operation of Medium Buses for Individual Partners through Self-Managementa. Delivering the operation plan determined by the COMPANY to the Partner to be implemented by the Partner;b. Managing the joint operation of the Partner's medium-sized buses as stipulated in the KSO Self-Management Agreement, which consists of, among others, the following activities:1) Provide payment orders into the Affiliate's Account in accordance with the Agreement;2) Proposing Price of Rp / Km Partners to be further determined by the COMPANY;3) Calculating the production kilometers for each medium bus owned by the Partner, including but not limited to calculating sanctions, as the basis for the verification and payment process by the COMPANY; and Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the Agreement.
