I utilize extensive networks and market knowledge to connect charterers with suitable vessels and negotiate terms that satisfy the requirements of both parties. Shipbrokers play a vital role in facilitating vessel chartering and operation activities within the maritime industry. Vessel chartering entails renting or leasing a vessel from its owner, whether on a time or voyage basis. By chartering a vessel, businesses gain the opportunity to enter new markets, explore different trade routes, and participate in the palm and oil industries.Vessel operation involves the management and oversight of the vessel's day-to-day activities. This encompasses various operational aspects such as crew management, maintenance and repairs, logistics planning, compliance with safety and security regulations, cargo handling, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and legal requirements.

The first time I learn about the palm industry in Indonesia is quite eye-opening. The first time I delved into it, I discovered how pivotal palm oil is to the country's economy and the global market. Indonesia happens to be one of the largest producers of palm oil worldwide, and this industry has a significant impact on the country's socio-economic landscape.I found out about the extensive plantations that stretch across vast areas of Indonesia, covering regions like Sumatra, Kalimantan, and other parts of the archipelago. Witnessing the sheer scale of these plantations and understanding their role in supplying a product used in various everyday items, from food to cosmetics to biofuels, was astonishing.

Also, I also handled the work of determining the material take-off (MTO) and making a re-drawing of a ship's General Arrangement.

ITS Marine Solar Boat Team (ITS MSBT) is a research team that created to develop marine-based transportation that is eco-friendly based on solar power. Research conducted by ITS MSBT has produced a solar-powered electric ship "Jalapatih" which has gone through three stages of development. Jalapatih has participated in three solar-powered boat competitions in the Netherlands and won third place in the "Top Speed" category at Solar Sport One 2018.My main task in this team is to create and keep the 1500 Wh battery system to store and distribute energy for the solar-powered boat. Also, determine main and auxiliary electrical components, design an electrical system, and discuss a technical strategy to compete against other teams.

Orela Shipyard covers things about Project Engineer, such as painting the hull, installation of hydrophore tank, and electrical installation of crane and mushroom ventilation on the Kendhaga Nusantara 9 container vessel. Apart from that, I also handle several tasks covering QA/QC fieldwork, such as penetrant test, hose test, and air pressure test.
