Responsible for assisting Operations Manager in managing and providing water distribution systems in major pipelines, pump house operations and distribution tanks in Kluang district.1) Manage and supervise the operating system of Kluang District Distribution Unit.2) Manage, supervise and develop operating information systems of pump houses, distribution piping systems and tanks.-water tanks.3) Maintain distribution assets through scheduled maintenance programs by identifying existing assets on site, repairing, maintaining or replacing damaged assets.4) Maintain and update the record and distribution systems of piping systems and water tanks.5) Ensure water supply operations are carried out in compliance with health and safety requirements, work procedures and standards set.6) Ensure that the water supply is inadequate and there is no wastage.7) Coordinate and monitor for the purpose of optimizing the water supply system through research that involves data collection, data analysis, proposals for new projects, asset replacement, rezoning of water supply systems, water quality care and so on.8) Coordinate and ensure the work of third parties such as developers, contractors undertaking work in accordance with specified specifications and coordinating the process of acquiring water tanks.9) Manage the work done by the Contractor by providing the scope of work, preparing estimates, selection of contractors, evaluation of work, monitoring of progress and quality of work and payment process.10) Ensuring that ISO 9001: 2008 requirements are met through documentation control, records and data checks, hold discussions, deal with QMR and Quality Department about it.11) Responsible in ensuring all Distribution work achieves set targets.12) Dealing with other Departments such as Production Department, Law Department, Audit, Quality, Business Support and others where necessary.

 Planning and coordinating the loading and unloading of each container ship that comes into port. Communicate the plan to the ship’s officer who must approve it for safety before unloading and loading begins. Make any amendments to the plan as required by the ship's officer. Communicate the plan to the terminal yard manager who organized the handling and storage of containers coming into the terminal and the staff and machinery needed to handle the containers being loaded onto the ship. Ensure cranes are in the right place and that containers fit easily into each shipment, taking into account the weight and location of each container. Plan the container in yard and ensure the correct handling of dangerous or high-risk cargo.
