Ridzza has been working more than 20 years of practical experiences focusing in business tax services and tax dispute resolution in various industries with several firms and companies i.e. PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Indonesia, Ernst & Young (EY) Indonesia, Kraft Foods Indonesia, Maersk Logistics Indonesia, Arghajata Consulting, Darmex Agro Group and Berau Coal Energy Tbk as a Tax General Manager as well as Sinarmas Mining Group with the last position as a Tax Advisor.Ridzza holds bachelor degree in accounting and law as well as master of business law from University of Gadjah Mada, and an advocate professional training certificate from the Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI). He has passed the examination for advocate profession by PERADI as well as a member of PERADI.Ridzza is a Certified Tax Consultant with C license by Indonesian Tax Consultant Association (IKPI), Certified Tax Attorney and Certified Tax Lawyer as well as Certified Customs Lawyer by Indonesian Tax Lawyer and Tax Attorney Association (PKPPI).Ridzza also serves as the Deputy Chairman for Tax, Finance & Investment, Research & Statistics and Event & Training of Indonesian Coal Mining Association (APBI-ICMA) and also as a lecturer at Tax Centre FISIP UI.Ridzza’s experience covered a wide range of industries, although for the last ten years he has focused in the coal mining sector includes business tax advisory, tax compliance, tax controversy and tax dispute resolution to Batara Perkasa, Medco Mining Group, Berau Coal, Berau Coal Energy Tbk, Mutiara Tanjung Lestari, Asian Bulk Logistics, Pelayaran Sanditia Perkasa Maritim, Kirana Berau, Borneo Indobara, Golden Energy Minies, KIM Blocks and Roundhill Capital Indonesia.
