Philip LawOffice is a boutique law firm located in Takapuna, specializing in residential and commercial property and Immigration Law. I am performing the following tasks as a Legal Executive:• Conveyancing – Prepare and review residential and commercial agreements with ADLS; advise a respective client on Title/LIM; prepare E-dealing, A&I Form, Tax Statement, and guarantee search (before and after settlement), Notice of Sale, and Settlement Statement; conducting PPSR search, and AML Compliance.• Prepare deed of Family Trust, Wills and Power of Attorney, and related legal documents;• Immigration - I assist Solicitors in immigration matters such as recording information, preparing responses against PPI issued either INZ or RSU, preparing a memorandum of appeal, and appearing in the Immigration and Protection Tribunal. • Maintain constant communication with clients to meet client confidence and satisfaction and constantly updated them on their matters. I also liaise with real estate agents, solicitors, and immigration officials. • Other administrative matters include preparing engagement letters, preparing bills, and conducting legal research.

SwiftVisa specializes in immigration-related matters and provides visa solutions. My tasks as an administrator/legal researcher included but were not limited to:• Providing administrative support, such as gathering information from the client and records those to either INZ form or the client's database;• Reviewing and analysing immigration queries and preparing replies;• Researching Immigration Act 2009 and related Operational Manual, Tribunal and Courts decisions to meet client's circumstances.

I have moved several cases successfully on behalf of the BAPA before the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh during that period. Documentation, Counseling, Writing Legal Notice, and preparing Legal Opinion for BAPA was also part of my job description.

I practiced as a litigation lawyer before the High Court, District Court, and Employment Tribunals. I mainly worked on Judicial Review, Criminal Law, and Employment Law (Government Servants Disciplinary Proceedings).
