I am a self-taught and dedicated technology enthusiast. I catch clouds, figuratively in my work as a Cloud Architect and Engineer, and literally in my hobby as a Paraglider.I am active in both operational and management positions in Data Engineering, DevOps, and Software Development. I understand the whole socio-technological domain, aiming to build usable, efficient, and modern solutions for businesses of any size.In my day-to-day work, I develop, operate, train, educate, and empower numerous people for my clients.Besides my main work, I participate in public speaking opportunities for user groups and conferences.My working programming languages include Erlang, Elixir, Python, Ruby, and the occasional JavaScript.For operations, I am proficient in governing both Amazon AWS and Google Cloud for mid- to large-scale accounts (>500 employees), all with infrastructure as code using Terraform and Kubernetes as the key technologies. Having worked on both bare-metal and cloud infrastructures allows me to understand the whole migration path in detail.For any kind of business-related software, my team and I can architect, consult, and implement the whole stack.
