I frequently advise on commercial transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, leases, credit agreements, and secured transactions; on estate planning, wills, trusts, and estates; as well as on tax decree applications under Puerto Rico’s Act 60, including Individual Resident Investor and Export Services Tax Decrees (former Acts 20 and 22). Additionally, I draft and negotiate vendor agreements, and have extensive experience with government contracts and public-private partnerships, especially in the energy sector.
