Reduce tow motors heading into the body shop. SAP: To map out all warehouses on sap. Design storage types with bin types and bin names. To map all parts with movement types. Design flow for automatic put away in racks. Design picking and binning sequence for flow racks. Stock control for all roll outs of SAP project.Arbeitzplan: To change all current man power utilization studies to MTM standard. Warehouse Utilization graphs: Create using SAP dumps an automated KPI to track warehouse capacity to capture fluctuation and patterns of suppliers.
