I co-founded our coaching and consulting business in response to the ongoing stress that women encounter on a daily basis – demanding careers, rocky relationships, parenting dramas, shifting priorities, and the exhaustion of just trying to do it all! Instead of feeling out of touch and out of resources, I am committed to empowering individuals and organizations through periods of difficult transition. Using empathy, deep knowledge, and intentional leadership skills, I can pinpoint issues quickly and accurately. I also like to give people the space to step into their own leadership power and leverage various problem-solving strategies (such as meditation and spiritual practices) to move forward holistically. This helps us to reduce stress, spark thought, and promote healthy discussion in a non-judgmental way. I love working with big corporations and high-achieving moms, especially if it involves some public speaking!In addition to coaching, we have various courses, a weekly podcast, and a host of free resources for self-discovery, because I am determined to lead women into taking charge of creating and living their own lives!

It is my mission is to redefine motherhood in politics. Too often, moms are isolated, overlooked, and undervalued in the geopolitical landscape and I want to break through these cultural barriers. By combining my own experience as a councilwoman with my coaching skills, I have been able to create a highly sought-after coaching business for mothers in the political fray. I meet moms where they are and give them the opportunities to cry, vent, and ask questions in a safe and knowledgeable space. Plus, I go out of my way to ensure that each woman, from campaign staff to congressional candidates, have the support and resources that they need to simultaneously excel in politics, motherhood, entrepreneurship, and personal fulfillment.

Kickstarting my official entry into local politics, I humbly served the Town of Clinton in New Jersey as a Councilwoman on the Common Council. But this did not stop me! In fact, it fired me up to do better and do more, and ultimately motivated me to start Moms Running while still in office.

Leveraging my natural philanthropic nature and exceptional work ethic, I oversaw the annual fundraising and donor relations program for this niche 3-day event showcasing emerging filmmakers. I really enjoyed collaborating with the marketing and event teams to create engaging print, social, and digital materials.

I began my career in the legal industry where I specialized in real estate finance. I loved the fast-paced and competitive nature of this role and it helped build my corporate business acumen, especially in the way of negotiations, communications, and conflict resolution. During my tenure, I successfully oversaw complex cross-border transactions, managed large-scale commercial lending accounts, and supported green building and clean energy development projects.
