Additional on previous product development projects, during last years I also lead none product related projects, like: leading team to arrange location move from postponement centre from Breda to MEER warehouse, re-arranging of Product Develepment Process to more LEAN set-up, Order to Cash move from external service provider to internal organization, leading team to set up online sales for France key-customer.

Begin 2014 ontstond het idee bij mijn partner om een eigen winkel te beginnen.Om dit gedegen en goed onderbouwd te kunnen opzetten heb ik hiervoor onderzoek gedaan naar het mogelijke verzorgingsgebied, assortimentssamenstelling, leveranciers, huisstijl en de financiële haalbaarheid doorgerekend. De volledige huisstijl heb ik vervolgens uitgewerkt om een website, logo communicatie materialen en zelf ontworpen winkelinterieur te laten maken. Met trots en succes heeft mijn partner vervolgens de winkel vanaf september 2014 verder tot een begrip in Prinsenbeek gemaakt.
