Project Management: Managing the move/project from A to Z. First contact with clients, addressing all their queries, including registering their needs & managing their expectations. Rate calculation, including preparation and sending quotation. Coordination of international, 3rd country or domestic moves, including origin, freight/transport and destination services. Arranging and booking sea freight, air freight and road transport. Preparing export documents and arranging customs clearance. Budget control for the entire move/project and responsible for invoicing. Cost control and approving invoices from suppliers/subcontractors. Stakeholder Management: Provide continuing advice and support to both the client (account) and the relocating employee. Direct contact with numerous key HR & Mobility people, as well as with international agents.As a Team Lead: organising weekly meetings with team members and separate OTO meetings with each individual team member discussing ongoing topics.Responsible for, among other things:- Unbilled report, expected billing for the month- Actual caseload for team members- Billing accuracy report - Training new employees- Liaising with team members and assisting team members.
