Digital Operation Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)
Current-Work closely with Chinese developer, app tester, product, operation and related team to make sure our digital banking App can work properly. -Operate back-end and core banking system to configure products and related campaigns before they go live.-Assisting in bridging communication between the Indonesian and Chinese teams to ensure both parties achieve their business objectives.-Conduct App and core banking system SIT and UAT testing and produce SIT/UAT report.-Localize all the content and campaign copy in our app before it goes live.-Gathering user feedback and complaint through customer care team to optimize our banking App.-Conduct product knowledge training for all customer service channel and branches.-Research and explore the digital banking industry, conducting competitive product benchmarking.
