Take a sample of Industrial Hygiene Monitoring based on Permenaker 05 2018 and ACGIH on the following factors: 1. Physical factor - Illumination using Lux meter - Work climate using WBGT meter - Noise area & personal using Sound Level Meter & Noise Dosimeter - Hand Arm Vibration and Whole Body Vibration using Vibration meter - UV using UV meter 2. Chemical factor - Indoor air quality (O2, CO, CO2, humidity, etc) using Portable multiple gas test - Dust respirable and inhalable using Personal dust sampler - BTX (Benzene, Toluene, Xylene) using Personal pump and charcoal - Welding fumes using Personal pump with filter media - Asbestos using Personal pump with asbestos media 3.
