Over 20 years of experience in senior management in international development, strategy, consulting, applied research & analysis, social impact, and entrepreneurship. Extensive international, in-country experience in areas of poverty alleviation, post-conflict development, security, vulnerable populations including women and children, economic development, governance, development aid, labor market integration, returnees/refugees, finance, entrepreneurship, and social impact. Created and executed organizational strategy; led multiple programs, projects, and fundraising; recruited, managed and trained staff; led strategic communications and networking; designed and ran large-scale empirical research & evaluations, leveraging findings for major programs and policies.
