I started as a customer service representative with a healthcare account and was transferred to technical account handling customer who has issues with their modem or internet connection and does create a job order for a technician visit to customers address. I experienced sales account also specifically telecommunication with customer relation as well. Then I went into freelancing which I handled healthcare account focusing prequalifying lead to get a genetic testing and then got promoted to higher department which I called doctors office to give leads details for a genetic testing. Adding to that I also experienced being a sales representative for a solar account. Currently working with Med Advisors as a fronter for health insurance.
