Communication and coordination with Al Mouj Muscat Marathon Volunteers, supervision of training sessions for Al Mouj Residents & Public Training Sessions for the Marathon. Assistance to official measurer of AIMS in the route marking of the 42 km and 21 km of Al Mouj Muscat Marathon,Run Pacers Coordinator, Virtual Marathon and Strava Team, Al Mouj Run Club Project,Route Research for Spartan Trail and Road Races on Several Governorates in Oman.

Setting up of interviews for Race Director, design, implementation and follow up of Social Media Post for event, promotion and marketing before and after the race, logistic support at the desert race. Daily press release preparation during race, communication and interview with runners, coordination with other teams.

Teaching Spanish as a foreign language was a new career opportunity that I found while living as an Expat in Oman.Teaching an in-demand subject such as Spanish was an excellent portable career and a great opportunity for me to gain cross-cultural sensitivity and understanding of the culture. The Box Appeal is a charity initiative where schools and companies join forces to fill boxes with a predetermined list of daily essential items. It is run by the Radisson Blu and Park Inn hotels across seven countries in the Middle East and South Africa.PDO School has been involved with the Box Appeal since 2015. I started the initiative with the support of the School. It offers school children the chance to learn about giving back to society and the weight of their social responsibility.As a volunteer coordinator, I have organized the collection, content check, storage of donations and later distribution. The campaign at school last 2 weeks and aims to fill up as many boxes as possible.

The RAHRC is a social club, strongly linked to Petroleum Development Oman. It provides opportunities for social, recreational and sporting activities for the benefit of RAH staff and their families. The sections make full use of RAHRC facilities and receive financial support from the club. While working in the Hispanic Section, I have been responsible for the planning, organizing and implementing of various events such as Box Appeal, Tango Night, Skating Party, Caribbean Night. Many of these events received more than 200 participants.Fundraising and volunteers coordination fall also under my responsibilities. Events are mostly related to Hispanic Culture, aiming at the Omani and International Community of RAHRC. I also manage the Social Media and other marketing tools and channels of communications. As event coordinator I am the focal point of communication between the Section and the club management.

The Ras al Hamra Project is a major real estate development funded by Petroleum Development Oman (PDO). It aims to develop a sustainable housing community for employees of PDO. My role as a PR and Community Liaison has been to foster community relations through the project and the community, open days and involvement in community initiatives. Preparing production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, award applications, conducting and organizing photo shoots.

Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends international music. I mastered several specialties in a short time (Basic, Zumba Gold, Zumba Kids, Zumba Toning, Aquazumba, Zumba Sentao, Zumba Circuit)Working as a Zumba instructor rather than a more professional job in line with my degree made sense in the context of my husband’s 3 years expatriate assignment to the US, and the birth of our youngest child.

Managing the business support pages and transcoding facility security routines, while helping to optimize and improve the content delivery workflow. I also documented working processes, wrote and edited content operations documentation and other documents. I ensured that delivery objectives were met, working extensively with content providers and solving any issue delaying the flow of content to the platform.
