As CEO of Matrix Studio (a small translations studio located in Albania, specialized in translating, editing, subtitling, proccesing audio-video), my main activities and responsibilities were:• Maximize the turnover and the profit as well as reduce expenses.• Prepare and implement the business plan & action plan every year.• Create new department, procedures and rules.• Guiding employees in achieving the goals and ambitions of the organization• Ensuring all processes and practices were working in a proper manner. • Leading Contract negotiations.• Manages human resources of organization.
