Its operational headquarters are located in Lomazzo, at the ComoNExT Innovation Hub, to which iUP had access following the victory of the "Business Incubator 2018", a renowned initiative in the Milan and Brianza area.The team is focused on the development of 2REC, an app designed to revolutionize the approach to voice messages and, more generally, to take audio communication to a more advanced stage. An ambitious project that has already obtained several awards and allows iUP to follow a prestigious internationalization path.As CEO of iUP my primary management responsibilities include:- Identification and evaluation of new business opportunities;- Targeted business strategies planning and implementation, commercial and technical long term goals definition;- Management of business line expenses through budget setting, development of efficiency initiatives, ongoing expense tracking and business investment decisions;- Creation, management, and execution of the business plan;- Taking total ownership of the product and delegate accordingly;- Development of new strategies for increasing user growth;- Collaboration with the creative team to produce appealing marketing content;- Leading an internal team of 6 and a structure of several external collaborators based on the open innovation model.
