Manage marketing activations locally and across America. Secure onsite space for our clients and activate client-specific promotions at experiential events. Responsibilities include developing experiential marketing events and their marketing plan, negotiating onsite presence, coordinating and shipping marketing materials, social and digital media management, coordinating and executing event setup and tear down, post-event reporting, and continuous cross-functional problem solving. Oversee the development of a new event property. Anticipate client needs and deliver a satisfactory product with room for expansion and versatility. Develop a clear vision with an appropriate plan of action to actualize desired results. Build long-standing networks with vendors and third-party clients. Supervise the creation of new marketing materials such as graphics, flyers, promotional videos, style guides, and various other marketing imagery. Integrate the property into regular company machinations and establish it as a permanent fixture in our event space.
