Served as Lead Agent in managing the acquisitions for an Interconnect 138 kV Transmission Line for Western Farmers Electric Cooperative out of Anadarko, Oklahoma. Was responsible for the integration, scope, time & cost management as well as the quality, human resource and communication management of this project. The major responsibilty for this project was the impact of design as it related to the property owners, the City of Atoka and WFEC. Negotiated more than 600 parcels, which resulted in acquisitions and relocations, on projects located throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Utah. Secured parcels for three Texas Department of Transportation projects in the Dallas and Waco area and negotiated the reconfiguration of SH 183 in Irving, Texas and IH 35 in Hillsboro, Texas. Also secured a large portion of the parcels along IH 30 on the Three Bridges project in Arlington, Texas which had combined stakeholders from the City of Arlington and Texas Department of Transportation. Was intricately involved in the design and impact of major commercial properties along this project. Managed closings of the acquisition parcels and served as liaison between property owners and the City of Arlington. Have just completed the 700 East Project for UDOT in Sandy and Draper by acquiring over 100 parcels. Presently serving as a Senior Right of Way Agent on the high profile Core 15 Project in Utah County with over 148 of project's acquisitions negotiated personally.Served as the Project Manager/Lead Agent with the Johnson County Special Utility District by integrating the scope of project management within the acquisition process. Applied proficiency of the Work Breakdown Structure as part of scope planning and control as it related to Time and Cost management of JCSUD projects. Maintained a high level of trust from all stakeholders in all projects by monitoring the progress and procurement of acquisitions and supplying weekly progress reports with each contract.
