I am responsible of working as a bridge between our platform, the agency and the customer to understand their needs in publicity campaigns, the content generation and the execution of creative proposals by the side of the actors and actresses involved in every campaign. Also in charge of searching new talents (influencers) that can work with the campaigns. I generate the period reports and let the client know the results and impact of the campaigns executed. I take care of the budgets for each campaign and adjust them to ensure the utility. I am in charge of the relationships between the agency and the talent for every day tasks.

I made and established work methodologies for several start ups with the goal of creating a better working environment and plan the necessary projects, define and segment the reach for each effort and beside the responsible for each company, we developed sales plans and statistics for our customers such as the elaboration of indicators needed for decision making.

I was responsible of analyzing, evaluating and implementing the internal and external proposals that defined the course of the company and the target market, I also had to evaluate the financial impact for each of them. I gathered the events staff, made the suppliers selection and worked in customer service. During my management, the service offer diversified and I was able to standardize the critical process to bring a better service for our customers.

I was responsible of getting economical resources from the federal government for the 53 undergraduate programs, graduate programs and PHDs of schools in the area of health, by aligning requirements with the needs of institutions, achieving a revenue of 12 million biannual.I analyzed the specific needs and requirements of each school and institution that was under my supervision with the goal of achieving a better use of obtained resources to benefit the largest number of academic population.I supervised the budget implementation for each program (8 schools and one institution) to fairly distribute the economical resources, in order to meet the institution´s expectation and have a greater impact on the academic society.

Represented the university to the Ministry of Education, My main functions were to report the amount of tuition that the university had, and the development of the State Education Indicators, which were then used for Decision-making within the department .Performed and supervised logistics functions for the people in charge to present workshops for schools, to take their statistics according to the parameters previously established.

I served as a liaison between the university, the Ministry of Education and the state government for financial accountability, as well as overseeing the development and delivery of financial and statistical information to the relevant entities, as well as reports of the college tuition.Develop academic indicators that were used for the rest of the departments that made up the university to measure their performance and locate areas of opportunity.

Develop For the federal government a multidisciplinary project of continuous improvement for PYME , which dedicated to implement corporate image, manual processes , cost reduction and sales strategy in the city of Culiacan, Sinaloa .
