• FCA is a ministry of influence. We believe athletes and coaches have a platform, we encourage, empower, equip and challenge them to use if for God's glory.Responsibilities include-
• Strategic development and implementing the FCA vision “to see the world transformed by Jesus Christ through the influence of athletes and coaches" and plan to grow the FCA ministry in the Bay Area to reach every coach.
• Developing a Leadership Board, cultivating healthy relationships with donors, recruiting and staff development.
• Building effective leadership teams and working with staff and volunteers to fund and manage with integrity the finances of the ministry. As a spiritual leader, devoted to Jesus Christ, and committed to model the FCA.

San Francisco Bay Area

• A volunteer position serving as the San Francisco Giants Spanish Team Chaplain providing spiritual leadership specifically to the Latin ballplayers and their families.Responsibilities include-
• Recruit new Spanish speaking chaplains and oversee all other Spanish Team Chaplains in the Giants organization to implement the Baseball Chapel mission.
• Provide translation to the Latin ballplayers and communicate the message of Christ in their native language in order to help them understand the gospel.
• Build healthy relationships and serve the Giants ballplayers, staff and personnel to model Christ example of servant leadership.Baseball Chapel Vision-
