Responsible for the Hospital facility renovation project, Defining, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling all phases of the project, schedule day to day preventive maintenance activities and work orders for biomedical Engs, technicians, and IT Eng., Hazardous waste, Pest control and Janitorial housekeeping tasks.

Administrate equipment and facilities maintenance for over 100 Branches throughout Baja, my responsibilities were focused in ensure maximum availability of the assets, which consists in refrigeration, HVAC, fire protection systems, hydropneumatics, electrical substations etc. I have applied methodology I learned working previously with maintenance administration systems, such as Lean principles (TPM, waste elimination, 5 S’s, create flow), Preventative Maintenance schedules, and implementing procedures and a Computerized Maintenance Management System.

Responsible to oversee Maintenance operation, that include planned support efforts to perform up to five production assembly lines setups per week, Building, and Facility assets, Electrical substation, Air compressors, Chillers, Cooling towers; manage fixtures design and manufacture, and responsible to ensure the availability of over 1000 assets including Injection molding and blow molding machines (219 presses), Pad printing (100 tampos), Ultrasonic welders, Sewing, and different automated assembly equipment. The plant operates 24/6 schedule across three shifts of production. The Tijuana plant manufactures a wide range of toys.• In charge for planning, controlling and leading activities to ensure production and facilities equipment availability, performance and output quality; through the coordination of 6 supervisors, 145 technicians, and 35 janitors.• Prepare budgets, bids, and contracts, and direct the negotiation of research contracts.

In charge of Maintenance and MRO activities, to maintain 300 assets including automatic insertion machines, wave solders, and winding machines at the Eaton Electrical- Tijuana, MX site. ATS and the customer work a 16/5 schedule across two shifts of production as well as support on third shift. The Tijuana plant designs and manufactures a wide range of switching power supplies and linear power supplies. They include standard, semi-custom and custom AC/DC power supplies, DC-DC power converters, DC-AC power inverters, and EMI filters for military, railway, aerospace, automotive, medical, computing, data storage, telecommunications, net-working, instrumentation and industrial applications.

In charge to maintain the facility infrastructure in good condition, consisting in Clean Room HVAC system (HEPA filters, extraction, transfer rooms), Air compressors, Chillers, Cooling tower, all these equipment is controlled and monitored through a BMS (Building Management System NOVAR, and ASI controls).Addressed FM global audits for facility insurance.In charge of the new plant layout design, for a new 20,000 sqft Clean Room for a process to be transferred from Braintree Mass. Clean room class 10,000 (ISO 7) and class 100,000 (ISO 8).Participated developing FMEAs to identify and address potential failures in critical systems, Lead Kaizen events and applied Six Sigma methodology to optimize processes, reducing risks that could affect production processes.Responsible for the tool crib, spare parts control, preventive maintenance scheduling and control.

In charge for product transfer to new facility, including infrastructure design, construction supervision, MVP, Facility and Processes validation (IQs, OQs PQs), Clean room certification.Maintenance and Facilities operations.
