- Organize and coordinate training events and retreats for IFC staff in conjunction with the Training and Development Department in Washington (HQ)- Identify staff training needs- Establish relationships with internal and external training providers- Prepare and organize all training/educational materials related to events- Arranging all event logistics: Participant list, hotel arrangements, airport transportation, leisure, printing material; banners, name tags…etc.- Apply… Show more - Organize and coordinate training events and retreats for IFC staff in conjunction with the Training and Development Department in Washington (HQ)- Identify staff training needs- Establish relationships with internal and external training providers- Prepare and organize all training/educational materials related to events- Arranging all event logistics: Participant list, hotel arrangements, airport transportation, leisure, printing material; banners, name tags…etc.- Apply all IFC procurement polices and procedures for venue selection (request of quotations, drafting of office memos, payments and invoices), services providers and TOR- Follow up on event payments- Coordinate schedules for Senior Investment Officers taking priorities into account, monitor changes, and communicate the information to appropriate staff, as well as external parties- Handle travel arrangement (e.g. ticket booking, hotel reservation, etc.) for the Operations team- Maintain up-to-date projects’ files, both hard copy and electronic, within the guidelines established by the office- Responsible for the office supplies inventory by keeping track of the incoming and outgoing of supplies and by monitoring the quality of the purchased material- Update the office telephone directory on regular basis by coordinating with country office staff Show less
