• I am the only Responsible for the RMS System (Recruitment System); Reviewing CVs and the selection process included initials interviews in all branches in Cairo • Employee referral check; Selection of candidates • Interview arrangement; Conduct interviews with the Line Managers • Updating the vacancies rack and provide the summary report to Sr. HR Manager on weekly basis • Reviewing the Recruitment agency invoices before forwarded to the Sr. HR Manager for approval.(via SAP) • Offer of employment (follow up on offer and acceptance) • Coordinate job fairs, new advertisement etc • Handling new employees reporting duty, such as induction and reporting needs • Update the Employment / Vacancies Report • Have experience handling and coordinating contract workers procedures and documents•Takes a proactive approach to meet staffing requirements by attracting, sourcing and screening applicants using innovative techniques.•Builds effective working relationships with placement agencies, colleges and universities for recruitment purposes.•Selects employment advertising methods when needed Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the manager•Uses appropriate assessment tools to test technical capabilities.•Arranges and attends final interviews.

Advertising and soliciting resumes from qualified candidatesScreening resumes and applications for suitability and interviewing candidates on the phoneConducting initial screening interviews including evaluating their qualifications.Making hiring recommendations based upon the eligibility criteria provided.Doing the selection process..Checking daily emails and receiving candidate’s emails and classifying their resumes according to the new filing systems.Responsible for updating the company’s database.
