Played a key role in designing in-app payment experiences for the new Telstra Energy offering ahead of its public launch. Currently a member of the Able Design System Team, working with Telstra Enterprise design leadership to integrate Able into Telstra Connect.Key accomplishments:- Worked closely with UX and content to deliver the Telstra Energy payments feature in the My Telstra app, delivering intuitive and accessible designs for iOS, Android, and web platforms. Ensured conformance to WCAG 2.1 Level AA Success Criteria through accessibility documentation and pre-release testing- Conducted thorough research and analysis to design and document new components for the Able Design System, aligning with existing design system guidelines, downstream team requirements, and accessibility standards- Took an active role in enhancing the design workflow for more than 20 designers by coding new functionality for the internal Able Design System Sketch plugin, streamlining processes and improving efficiency- Collaborated closely with the internal accessibility team, participating in design reviews, weekly Accessibility Q&A sessions, and providing feedback on accessibility training materials- Helped found the Accessibility Guild, a group dedicated to promoting accessibility awareness and skills throughout Telstra- Created and managed the Accessibility Hub, an internal news, resource, and training hub designed to empower employees with the knowledge and skills to incorporate accessibility best practices into their work

Collaborated closely with UX and content in an Agile software development team to deliver the Notification Centre feature of the new My Telstra app across iOS, Android, and web platforms.Key accomplishments:- Developed interactive prototypes and actively participated in user testing sessions, gathering valuable feedback to iterate and improve designs- Produced high-quality designs and accessibility documentation to ensure conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA Success Criteria- Conducted rigorous visual QA and accessibility testing on mobile and desktop before code merge to reduce defects at internal audit stage- Worked closely with the internal accessibility team to identify and address any accessibility defects- Presented designs and project progress to the leadership team and senior stakeholders, effectively communicating the design rationale and gathering valuable insights and feedback.
