Founder of Midlaj Group, my journey began in December 2018, fueled by a dream to transform aspirations into reality. My narrative deliberately avoids grand titles; it's about being a person without embellishments. The path to our current position in real estate, the plywood industry, and trading in Nepal has been marked by relentless hard work, emerging from a modest, economically humble background. At the age of 22, I achieved a significant milestone: international plywood exports. Offering employment to over 50 individuals and achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification for our plywood company, we strategically integrated my father's 36-year-old real estate business into Midlaj Group. This move reinforces the credibility of our brand and adds value to the longstanding reputation of the real estate business. Beyond commerce, we extend beyond business boundaries, delving into the digital landscape with a dynamic YouTube channel for knowledge sharing. Furthermore, my vision extends to the establishment of the Midlaj Foundation, amplifying our commitment to positive change and contributing to Nepal's growth and innovation culture.
