I’ve been active in building software solutions for wide range of business areas in Telecom, Utilities and Public Sector (Internal Security, Environment etc). Starting as Sales Manager for web-map ASP Services (Reach-U/Regio) I found myself pretty soon designing various web-apps, then analyzing and leading bigger software projects (Business Analyst, Project Manager), then leading software teams (Strategic Product Manager) and finally being responsible for strategic sales and high level architecture decisions (Business Development Manager). My strongest side is understanding the people (both customers and team) and they say that I have ability to inspire them even in critical and stressful situations. My business network includes mostly Estonian public and „big private“ sector customers, but also other ICT companies/unions and partners abroad (Scandinavia).
